NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November 1977
G.S.R 698 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Salaries and Allowances of Ministers Act, 1952 (58 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend, the Ministers' (Allowances, Medical Treatment and Other Privileges) Rules, 1957, namely —
1 These rules may be called the Ministers' (Allowances, Medical Treatment and Other Privileges) Second Amendment Rules, 1977
2 In rule 3 of the Ministers (Allowances, Medical Treatment and Other Privi- leges) Rules, 1957,—
(1) in sub-rule (1), the brackets and figure "(1)" shall be omitted;
(2) sub-rule (2) shall be omitted
