No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 46 / 77 -Under ruk 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Dutica Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No 52 / F . No 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time
For item ( 1) and ( 1) of sub - strial No. 5004 and the entries relating thereto . the following shall be substituted , namely .--

5064 ( 1) Bicycle complete not otherwise specified , assembled or un - assembled including ac- cessories
13 % ( Thirteen per cent only ) of the fob value subject to maximum of Rs 29-50 (Rupees twenty nine and paise fifty only) per bicycle
NOTE - Additional drawback of Rs . 3.50 ( Rupees Dynamo when exported with Bicycle three and paise fifty only ) is payable on each
13 % ('Thirteen per cent only ) of the fo.b value
(11) Components , spare parts and accessories of Bicycles , other than Bicycle spokes , nipples , washers , chains , rim liners , saddle covers (made of leather ) , rubber portion of pedals , tools and tool boxes , cycle pumps , tyres and tubes , tube valves and free wheels
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of September , 1977 .

सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी सा० सू०- 46 77 - सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियनावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त, श्रसाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स ० 52 फा ० सं ० 602 2 / 70 - प्र ० श्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय- समय पर यथा- सशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना म ० प्रतिश्रदायगी पी ० एन ०1 , दिनाक 15 अक्टूबर , 1971 मे प्रकाशित सारणी मे एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उपक्रमांक 5004 की मद ( i ) और ( ii ) तथा तत्सम्बधी प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखितत्र तिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात

5004 ( i) अन्यथा अविनिदिष्ट सम्पूर्ण बाइसिकल , चारे वे संयोजित हो अथवा असयोजित , जिसमे निर्माणक हिम्से भी शामिल है ।
पोत पर्यन्त नि शुल्क मूल्य का 13 प्रतिशत (केवल तेरह प्रतिशत ) परन्तु शर्त यह है कि अधिकतम 29.50 रु ० ( केवल उनतीस रुपये पचास पैसे ) प्रति बाइ- सिकल हो ।
टिप्पणी:- 350 रु ० ( केवल तीन रुपये पचास पैसे ) की अतिरिक्त प्रतिश्रदायगी प्रत्येक डायनमो पर देय है जब उनका बाइसिकल के साथ निर्यात होत है ।
(ii ) बाइसिकल स्पोको , निप्पलो , पोत पर्यन्त निशक मूल का 13 प्रनिशत बाशरो , चेनों, रिम लाइनरी , ( चमडे ( केवल तेरह प्रतिशत ) ।
से बने ) सैडल के कवरो, पेडलो का रबड का हिस्सा , औजार तथा श्रौजार के बक्सों, साइकिल पम्पो, टायर तथा ट्यूबो, ट्यूब वाल्वो और फी व्हीलो से भिन्न बाइसिकलो के संघटक फालतू पुर्जे तथा निर्माणक हिस्से ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना सितम्बर , 1977 के 18 वें दिन को लाग हुई समझी जायगी ।

उपर्युक्त माल के सम्बन्ध मे अलग -अलग निर्माता निर्यातकर्ता के लिए निर्धारित सभी ब्रा ত दरे उस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होने से रद्द हो जाती है ।
