No. 14015/22/76-AlS(I).—In exercise of the powers conferred toy sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read With sub-regulation (1) of regulation 9 of the Indian Administrative Service (Ap- pointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri GBD Bhattamisra, Rajendra Kumar Sahu and P C Naik members of the State Civil Service of Orissa to the Indian Administrative Service on proba- tion and to allocate them to the cadre of Orissa under sub rule (1) of rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
