NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November 1977
S.O 769 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82-B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Railway Accidents (Compensation) Rules, 1950, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways, No SO 522, dated the 25th January, 1974 namely.—
2 In the Schedule to the said notification, in the entries relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh, In column 2, after item 22 and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely—
"23. District Judge, Prakasam District, Ongole "
