New Delhi , the 19th November 1977
of G.S.R. 708 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do , hereby exempts cinemato- graph films , exposed , falling underunder sub - heading No. ( 3 )(3 ) of Heading No. 37.01/08 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India for processing and incorporating in cinematograph films produced India, from-
( a) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule ; and
(b ) the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the second mentioned Act :

Provided that the importer of the person processing the imported film in a laboratory in India , by the execution of a bond in such form and for such sum as may be prescribed by the Assistant Collector of Customs , binds himself ---
( a) to remove the said cinematograph film to the processing labora- tory in bond under customs supervision ,
( 1) to comply with such procedural formalities as the Assistant Collector of Central Exers im whose jurisdiction the saıd laboratory 15 situa- ted may stipulate in connection with the processing that is necessary for the completion of the exposed cinematograph film and removal thereafter , and
(uito pay the duty of film , exposed , after imported film , and at the appropriate rate on omematograph memporating as aforesaid the portion of the

सा० का ० ति० 708 ( का) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शल्क अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 1732 ) की बाग 27 की अधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो आने पर किन्ना श्रवश्यतै, सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम उद्भाषि। फिल्मो पीक फीर्ष म ० 37 01'08 के उप- शीर्ष मं ० ( 3 ) के ग्रतर्गत सम्मिलित भारत में उनका श्रायात प्रमम्करण के लिए और भारत में निक्रिक सिनेमा फिल्मो मे मिलाए जाने के लिए किया जाए,-
( क ) उवत प्रवण अनुसूची में विनिर्वादिष्ट उन पर उग्रह्णीय समस्त सीमा- शुल्क मे, और
(च) उन्न सीमा-शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उन पर उद्ग्रह्णीष ममम्त अतिरिक्त शुल्क से
छूट देती है:
T जागनाना या भारत में किसी प्रयोगशाला मे ऐमी आयातित फिल्म का असंग्करण पफनेतालाक्ति प्रकार उतनी रकम के जो सीमा शुल्क महापक क्लवटर द्वारा विहिन की जाए।पादन करते स्वयं को इस बात के लिए आबद्ध करे कि वह
(क) ( i ) तनि फिल्म को बन्धपत्र में निर्दिष्ट प्रयोगणाना में प्रसस्करण के संग -गुल्क विकारियों के पर्यवेक्षण में हटायेगा ;

( ii ) मानियाजन्य श्रापचारिकताः । श्रनुपालन करगा जा उम सहायक वद्रीय उत्पाद-शुल्क फ्लक्टर द्वारा, जिसकी ग्रधिकारिता में उक्त प्रयोगशाला स्थित है, ऐसे " मस्करण के जवाब में नियत व जो, उद्भाषित , सिनेमा फिल्म को ग करने के लिए और उसके पश्चात् उसे हटाने के लिए आवश्यक है , और
( iii ) ग्रायानिन फिल्म क भाग का उपरोक्त के अनुसार मिलाए जाने के पश्चान . उद्भाषिन सिनेमा फिल्म पर उपयुक्त दर से उत्पाद शुल्क का सदाय करेगा ; ओर
(ख ) ऐसी श्रायालिन उद्भाषित . सिनेमा फिल्म के संबंध मे जिसकी बाबत उसे आयात करने की तारीख से तीन मास की अवधि के भीतर सीमा -णश्व सहायक क्लक्टर के समाधानप्रद रूप से यह साबित नही हा जाता कि मद ( क) में निर्वादिष्ट अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन कियागया है ऐमी ग्रायातित फिम पर इस कृत् के न दिए जान की दशा म उद्ग्रहणीय , मीमा शुल्क के ममतन्य रकम का मदाय वरगा ।

In exercise of the powers confened by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) read with subsection ( 4 ) of section 3 of the Finance Act 1977 ( 11 of 1977 ) , the Central Government , being atisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hueby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 123 Customs , dated the 1st July , 1977, namely.-
In the Schedule ante xed to the said notification , after Serial No 162 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be insited , namely 163 No 245 - Customs , dated the 19th November, 1977 , "

मा० का ० ति ० 709 ( अ) कन्द्रीय गरगर, विन्न अधिनयम , 1977 ( 1977 না 31) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 4 ) शाम पटिन।गा-शत्क अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 को 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा पदर शक्तियःयावधान रनि एशा करना लोक हित मे श्रावश्यक है भारत सरकार के राजस्य थार वैमि विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 12-मीमाल्क, नारीख 1 जलाई, 19 में निम्नलिखित महान भार करती है, एर्थात् --
उक्त अधिसूचना में उपाबद्ध श्रनुसूची में , क्रम स ०162 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टिया के पश्चात निन्त्रिखित अस्त ग्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात
