NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th November 1977G.S.R. 711(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) of clause (h) of section 2 of the Indian Iron and Steel Company (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1876 (89 of 1976) and in supersession of the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Steel) num- ber S.O. 740(E) dated the 31st October, 1977, the Central Government hereby specifies the 26th November 1977. as the date on or before which the instrument of transfer of share referred to in that sub-clause shall be delivered to the Com- missioner for the purposes of that sub-clause [No. 8(100)/77-KI] S D PRASAD.
