EXPORT TRA.DE CONTROL New Delhi, the 23rd November 1977
S.O. 783(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirtieth Amendment Order, 1977
2, In the Export ("Control) Order, 1977—
(1) In Part 'B' of Schedule I the following entries appearing against S No-. 4(a) (17), and 4(c) (1) shall be deleted —
"4(a) (17)—Leaf Monkey (Presbytis phayrai) 4(c; (1)—Ruhesus Monkeys (Macaca Mulatta) "
(ii) In O GL a the following entry appearing against S. No. l(a) (17) shall be deleted —
"Leaf Monkeys, (Presbvtis phayrai) "
(111) In Part 'A' of Schedule I, the existing entry against S No l ( a) (70) shall be substituted by the following
' Monkeys- -All types"
