8.0. 784 (E ) /18A/IDRA/77.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry ofof Industrial Development No. S.O. 725 ( Ⅲ) / 18A / IDRA/72, dated the 25th November , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the industrial undertaking known as the India Machinery Com- pany Limited , Howrah , had been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 24th November , 1977 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub section ( 2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Art 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th November , 1979 .

দা० प्रा० 784 ( ম ) / 18रु,उ ० दि० १८० प्र०/ 77.-भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व प्रौद्योगिक विकास मंत्रानन के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा ० 725 ( ऊ ) / 18क, उ ० वि० वि ०२० / 72 तारीख 25 नवम्बर , 1972 ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा इडिया मशीनरी कम्पनी लिमिटेड, हावड़ा नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 24 नवम्बर , 1977, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, तक की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण कर लिया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को राय है कि यह लोक हित मे है कि उक्त श्रादेश दो वर्ष की और अवधि तक प्रभावी बना रहे ;
भतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) को धारा 18 को उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देतो है कि उक्त आवेश 24 नवम्बर , 1979 , जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , तक की मौर धवधि तक प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

8.0 . 785 ( E ) /18FB/IDRA/77.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 35 ( E ) / 18/FB / IDRA 73, dated the 19th January , 1973 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Oraer ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 63 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards or other instruments in force Immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette (other than those relating to banks and financial institutions ) to which the Industrial undertaking known as Messrs . India Machinery Company Limited, Howrah , is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial under- taking shall remain suspended upto the 18th18th January, 1974 and all rights, privi- leges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the sald date shall remain suspended upto the 13th January, 1974 ;
And whereas the duration of the said Order was extended from time to time upto the 24th November , 1977 ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 18th January , 1978;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) , of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 18th January , 1978.

विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा की थी कि राजपत्र मे उक्त आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी या कोई संविदाएं , संपत्ति के हस्तान्तरण -पत्र, करार , व्यवस्थापन , पंचाट या अन्य लिखतें ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओ से संबंधित हैं ) , जिनका मेसर्स इंडिया मशी- गरी कम्पनी लिमिटेड, हावड़ा , एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम को लागू होते हो 18 बनवरी , 1974 तक निलम्बित रहेगी और उक्त सारीख के पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रोद्भूत या उद्भूत सभी मधिकार , विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व 18 जनवरी , 1974 तक निलंबित रहेंगे ;
भौर उक्त आदेश की अवधि समय समय पर 24 नवम्बर , 1977 तक बढ़ा दी गई थी ;
मौर केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त प्रदेश की अवधि 18 जनवरी , 1978 , जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, तक की अवधि तक भौर बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए ;
मतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साख पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त भावेश की अवधि 18 जनवरी , 1978 , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, तक बढ़ाती है ।
