New Delhi, 28th November 1977

S.O. 786(E)/lS/IDRA/77.—Whereas, the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Indian Health Institute and Laboratory Limited, Calcutta, is engaged in the scheduled industry, namely, drugs and Pharmaceuticals industry and chemicals Industry,

And whereas the Central Government 15 of the opinion that there has been a substantial fall in the volume of production in respect of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking, for which, having regard to conditions prevailing, there is no justification,Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of.— Chairman (1) Shri S. C Sarkar, Secretary. Department of Closed and Sick Industries, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta. (2843)
