SO. 789 ( E ) .- Whereas the Government of Pondicherry have intimated some printing mistakes in the description of the extent of constituencies given in Schedule YXVIII of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976 ,
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary to correct the printing mistakes in the description of the extent of constituencies and expedient to correct mistakes the refcrence date mentioned in the Foot Note to the said Schedule of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976 to bring the Order up -to - date ,
Now therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 9 of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby makes corrections in the said Order as follows
I In Schedule XXVIII of the Order-
(1) In 1 - Muthialpet , in the description of the extent of constituency, for " 1 - Solathadavakuppam " read " 1 - Solathandavankuppam " , and for " 4 - Shervrapet " read " 4 - Shevrapet " ,

फा० श्रा० 789 ( श्र) . पाडिचेरी सरकार ने ससदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र परिसीमन आदेश , 1976 की अनुसूची 28 में उल्लिखित निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो के विस्तार के वर्णन मे कुछ मुद्रण सबंधी अशुद्धियां मूचित की है ;
और , निर्वाचन आयोग , ससदीय और विधान-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन आदेश, 1976 को अद्यतन बनाने के लिए उस आदेश की उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित उन निर्वाचन, क्षेत्रो के विस्तार के वर्णन मे मुद्रण मबंधी अशुद्धियो को शुद्ध करना आवश्यक और उक्त अनुसूची के अंत मे टिप्पणी मे संदभिन तारीख को ठीक करना समीचीन समझता है ;
अत' , अब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त आदेश मे निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां करता है--
1. उक्त भ्रावेश की अनुसूची 28 में--
(1) 1. मथियालपेट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , ' 1 सोलाथांडावाकुप्पम' के स्थान पर , ' 1 सोताथाडा- वांकुप्पम' ; तथा ' 4. शेरवरापेट' के स्थान पर , ' 4 शेवरापेट' पढ़ा जाएगा ;
(2) 6. ओरलीमपेट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , '20 वीरायागा- वामुडालीथीट्टम ' के स्थान पर , '20 बीरारागावामुडालीथीट्टम' पढा जाएगा ;
( 3 ) 7 नेल्लीथोपे निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, ' 2. कारामनीकुप्पोम' के स्थान पर , ' 2 कारामनीकुप्पम' , तथा '14 पिल्लईथोट्टम' के स्थाम पर, '14. पिल्लईथीट्टम ' पढ़ा जाएगा ;
( 4) 9 अरियाकुप्पम निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , '16 सिन्नावीरः- पाट्टीनम' के स्थान पर , '16 सिन्नावीरामपाट्टीनम' पढ़ा जाएगा;
( 5) 10 एम्बील्गेम ( अ ० जा ० ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , ' 1 अविशेग- पिक्कम ' के स्थान पर , ' 1 श्रविशेगापाणक्कम' , ' अरियाकुप्पम कम्यून' के स्थान पर, ' श्रग्यिाकुप्पम कम्यून' तथा ' 5 कम्बाईकाग्नकुप्पम ' के स्थान पर , ' 5 कम्बालिकारनकुप्पम' पढ़ा जाएगा ,
( 6) 11. नेट्टायाक्कम निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , ' 4. कालामाडापम' के स्थान पर, ' 4 कालमाडापम, तथा '21 . रंगानाथनमप्पट्टू' के स्थान पर , '21 रगा- नाथमप्पट्टू' पढा जाएगा ;'
(7) 12. कुरुविनाथम निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, '36 . चिन्ना श्रर्तचिकुप्पम' के स्थान पर, '36 चिन्ना श्रर्धीकुप्पम' पढ़ा जाएगा ;

( 8) 13. बहौर ( अ ० जा ० ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के वर्णन में , ' 1 आदिगपट्ट' के स्थान पर, ' 1 आदिगापट्टू' , '24 निरयापट्टू' के रथान पर , 24 निरनायापट्टू' ; 27. पश्नायथिपट्टू' के स्थान पर, '27 पन्नीथिट्टू' ; '28. पन्नीथिटूनी (वाम्बुपेट ) ' फे स्थान पर, '28 पन्नीथिट्टपी ( वाम्बुपेट) , '33 . पुडानगरम' के स्थान पर , '33 पुडुनगरम' तथा '34 सरकावीमेडुपेट' के स्थान पर , 34 सरकासिमेडुपेट ' पढ़ा जाएगा ;
( 9) 15. मन्नादीपेट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के वर्णन मे, '17. मन्नादुपट्ट ' के स्थान पर , '17. मन्नादीपट्टू' पढा जाएगा ;
( 10 ) 16 औमुङ् ( श्र ० जा ० ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , '43 थोडामानाथौर' के स्थान पर , '43 . थोंडामानाथम' तथा '44 उलावाइक ' के स्थान पर , '44 . उलावाइकल' पढा जाएगा ,
( 11) 17 विल्लेनोर निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे, '15 किलोथामंगलम' के स्थान पर , '15 किझौसाथामंगलम' तथा '47 . उरुवाईयार ' के स्थाम पर , '45 उरुवाई- यार' पढा जाएगा ,
( 12) 18. ओझुकराई निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे, '19 मूलाकौलाम' के स्थान पर, '19 मूलाकुलाम ' , 22 मूथूपिल्लईपालायाम ' के स्थान पर , 'मूथूपिल्लई- पालायाम' , ' 6 अरुमर्थापरम' के स्थान पर , ' 6. अरुमथापुरम' तथा ' 9 गुरु- वप्पानाईकेनपालायाम ' के स्थान पर , ' 9 गुरुव'पानार्थकनापालायाम' पढा जाएगा ,
( 13) 19. थट्टानचावाडी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे, '18 . मीनाटचीपेट ' के स्थान पर , '18 मीनाटचीपेथ ' तथा '40 . शनमृधापुरम' के स्थान पर , '40 . शनमुगापुरम' पढा जाएगा ,
( 14) 20 रेड्डीयारपालायम निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, '11 कुबुन्डाम- पालायम' के स्थान पर, '11 कबुन्डानपालायम' तथा '15 कड्डुपालायाम' के स्थान पर , '15 कुडुपालायम' पढा जाएगा ,
( 15) 23 कराईकल निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , ' 4 अन्डोइनियाकोइ ' के स्थान पर , 4 अन्डोनियारकोइल' पहा जाएगा ,
( 16 ) 24. कराईकल दक्षिण निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे, '11 धार्मापुरम' के स्थान पर , '11 धर्मपुरम' , '13. काकाईमौकी' के स्थान पर, ' 3 काकाई- मोझी' , ' 7. कोट्टोपायलाम' के स्थाम पर , ' 7 कोट्टुपालायभ' ; ' 8 मन्नामुधी' के स्थान पर, ' 8 मन्नामौथी' तथा ' विझीदियुर ' के स्थान पर, '13 विझीदियुर' पढा जाएगा ;

(18) 27 नेडूनकाडी ( अ० जा० ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्ल के विस्तार के वर्णन में, ' 5 अवाईयारमुलाई ' के स्थान पर, ' 5 अश्वाईयारमूलाई ' , तथा ' 8 कारुकाफ्कुडी' के स्थान पर , ' 8. कारुकाकुडी' पढ़ा जाएगा ।
II उक्त अनुसूची के अन्त में ' 1975 के अगस्त के प्रथम दिन ' शब्दो और अको के स्थान पर , ' 1977 के अगस्त के प्रथम दिन' शब्द और अक रखे जाएंगे ।
