New Delhi , the 28th November 1977
SO . 791 ( E ) .- Whereas the Government of Tripura have intimated a few altera- tions in the names and extent of territorial divisions in the State , referred to in the description of constituencies given in Schedule XXI of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976 ;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of constituencies in Schedule XXI , of the said Order , 1976 to bring the Order up -to- date ,
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 9 of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows .-
I, In Part B of the said Schedule -
(1 ) ın 28 Krishnapur ( ST ) in the description of the extent of constituency for the existing entry the entry "Ganganagar tehsil in Kamalpur sub -division of North Tripura district , and Laxmipur , Nunachhara Reserve Forest and Atharamura Reserve Forest mouzas in Teliamura tehsil and Krishnapur tehsil ( excluding Ghilatalı mouza ) in Khowai sub - division in West Tripura district " shall be substituted ;

( 11) ın 58 Pencharthal ( ST ) , in the description of the extent of consti- tuency, for the existing entry , the entry ' Pencharthal, Machmara . Khedachhara and Ujan Machmara tehsils and Vangmun tehsil ( ex- cluding Bablianchip , Banglabarı and Paschim Thangsanbarı mouzas ) in Dharmanagar sub - division " shall be substituted ; and
(iii ) in 60. Kanchanpur ( ST ) , in the description of the extent of consti- tuency , for the existing entry , the entry "Kanchanpur , Anandabazar and Dasda tehsils and Bablıanchıp , Banglabarı and Paschim Tlang- sanbari mouzas in Vangmun tehsil ב Dharmanagar sub - division " shall be substituted
II In the Note at the end of the Schedule , for the words and figures " 1st day of August , 1975 the words and figures " Ist day of August , 1977 " shall be substituted

का० श्रा० 791 ( श्र ) -त्रिपुरा सरकार ने ससदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन- क्षेत्र परिसीमन श्रादेण , 1976 की अनुसूची 21 में दिए निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो के वर्णन मे निर्दिष्ट प्रादेशिक खण्डो के नाम और विस्तार में कुछ परिवर्तन प्रज्ञापित किए है ;
और निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त आदेश , 1976 को श्रद्यतन बनाने के लिए उस आदेश की अनुसूची 21 में निर्वाचन क्षेत्रो के वर्णन मे सशोधन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है ;
अत. , अब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदल शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त आदेश में यथा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है:--
I. उम अनुसूची के भाग ख में ,
( i) 28 कृष्णपुर ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर ' उत्तर त्रिपुरा जिले के कमालपुर उप -खण्ड में गगानगर तहसील , तथा पश्चिम त्रिपुरा जिले मे खोवाई उप - खण्ड मे तेलीयामुरा तहसील में लक्ष्मीपुर, नुनाछाजा रिजर्व फोरेस्ट तथा अथारामुरा रिजर्व फोरेस्ट मौजे , और कृष्णापुर तहसील ( धिलाटाली मौजे को छोड़कर ) । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ,
( ii) 58. पेनचारथाल ( अ ० ज० जा० ) मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्गन मे, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर 'धर्मनगर उप-खण्ड में पेनचारथाल, मचमारा , खेडाधारा तथा उजन मचमारा तहसीले तथा बेंगमन तहसील ( बबलिअनचिप , बगलाबारी तथा पश्चिम तिलाचासाबरी मौजे को छोड़कर ) । ' प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी; तथा भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र

( iii ) 60. कन्चनपुर ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, 'धर्मनगर उप-खण्ड में बेंगमन तहसील मे बबलिअनचिप , बगलाबारी और पश्चिम तियागसानबारी मौजे , तथा कंचनपुर , श्रानन्दबाजार तथा दामदा तहसीले , ' प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
II उक्त अनुसूची के अन्त मे, टिप्पणी में, ' 1975 के अगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन' शब्दों और अको के स्थान पर , ' 1977 के अगस्त माम के प्रथम दिन' शब्द और अक रखे जाएगे ।
