S.0. 792(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Cornmis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1921)the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) No. S.O. 360(E), dated the 19th May. 1977, published at pages 1953 to 1967 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary. Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 19th May, 1977, namely:—
