G.SB. 728(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 "f the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts triple super phosphate, falling under Item No. 14HH of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1044 (1 of 1044), from so much of the duty of excise leviable ttwseon as is in excess of seven and a half per cent ad valorem,
