NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st December 1977
S.O. 800(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No S O 723(E), dated the 15th October, 1977, published at page 2697 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 15 th October, 1977, namely —
In paragraph 3 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 30th November, l977", the words, figures and letters "the 31st January, 1978", shall he substituted,
