NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December 1977
G.S.R. 733(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No G.SR. 386 (E), dated the 1st July, 1975, namely: —
1. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification,—
(i) against entry (1) (a) for the letters and figures "Rs. 800/-", the letters and figures "Rs 1000/-" shall be substituted;
(ii) against entry (1) (b) for the letters and figures "Rs 400/-", the letters and figures "Rs. 500/-" shall be substituted.
