IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 7th December 1977
S.O. 824 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Import and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby gives general permission to all persons to import into India from any country in the world except the Union of South Africa/ South West Africa , Rhodesia and Tibet Region of China , newspapers of all categories , provided such goods are shipped on through consignments to India on or before the 31st March , 1978, without any grace period whatsoever.
2. Nothing in this Order shall affect the application to any goods , or of any other prohibition or regulation affecting the import thereof , in force at the time when the goods are imported.

3. The description ' Newspapers devoted to scientific and technological matters ' shown at S. No. ( 3 ) in the Schedule to OGL CXV notified in the Ministry of Commerce ITC Order No 15/77 , dated the 11th July , 1977 shall be amended to read as 'Newspapers ' accordingly .

का० ग्रा० 824 ( प्र) श्रायात-निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18) के खण्ड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इसके द्वारा सभी मक्तियों को , दक्षिणी अफ्रीका संघ / दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी अफ्रीका, रोडेशिया और चीन के तिब्बतीय क्षेत्रो को छोड़ संसार के किसी देश भी से भारत में सभी प्रकार के अखबारों का आयात करने की सामान्य अनुमति देती है बशर्ते कि ऐसा माल बिना किसी रियायती अवधि के 31 मार्च, 1977 को या इससे पहले भारत को परेषण के माध्यम से लाद दिया गया हो ।
2. माल के आयात के समय लागू उसके आयात को प्रभावित करने वाला कोई अन्च निषेध वा विनियम इस आदेश पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं डालेगा ।
3. वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के श्रायात ब्यापार नियन्त्रण भावेश सख्या 15/77 दिनांक 11-7-77 में अधिसूचित खुले सामान्य लाइसेंस 115 की अनुसूची मे क्रम स ० ( 3 ) मे विखाए गए विवरण 'वैज्ञानिक और टैक्नालाजिकल मामलों को अर्पित भखबार' को तदनुसार ' अखबार' पढ़ने के लिए संशोधित किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 825 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of t heImports and Exports ( Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , namely
1. This Order may be called the Imports ( Control ) 7th Amendment Order , 1977 .
2.In Schedule V of the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 the following additional item shall be incorporated at the end of the existing list of life saving equipments --
'Blood gas analyser ' .

ग्रा० ग्रा० 825 ( प्र ) . आयात-निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18) के खण्ड ङ 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश की रचना करती है, अर्थात्:---
1. इस आदेश को आयात ( नियंत्रण ) 7वा संशोधन आदेश , 1977 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. श्रयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 की अनुसूची 5 में निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त मद जीवन रक्षक उपस्करो की विद्यमान सूची के अन्त में उद्धृत की जाएगी :--
" रक्त गैस विश्लेषक । "
