G SR 738(E).—In the Notification of the Ministry of Industry published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 17th October, 1977, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments, namely: —
In para 2 of the said Notification relating to the Terms of Reference of the Working Group; after item (4) the following shall be inserted as item (5): —
"(5) To identify the special problems of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and to suggest modifications to the general programmes, wherever necessary, so that these communities may derive adequate benefits For this purpose the Working Group may associate representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs "
