S.O 834(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Coffee Act 1942 (7 of 1942), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No G SR 513 (E) dated the 1st December, 107:;, the Central Government hereby fixes with effect from 16th December, 1977. rupees eleven and paise eighty per quintal as the rate of duty of customs on coffee under the said section 11
