COFFEE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 13th December 1977
S.O. 835(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce G.SR 514 (E), dated the 1st December, 1973, the Central Government hereby fixes with effect from 16th December, 1977, rupees eleven and paise eighty per quintal as the rate of duty of excise on coffee under the said Section 12.
