S.R.O 31-E.—In exercise ol the power¹, conferred by sub-section (1) nf section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declart-t every service forming part of or connected with water works and water supply: milk processing and milk supply schemes and flre brigades, and also operation, maintenance and running of their plants and machinery, in the State of Maharashtra to be a service of vital importance to the community
