NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December 1977

S.O. 842 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No SO. 375(E), dated 30th May, 1977 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry on Maruti Affairs.) namely —

In para 4 of the said Notification, for the words and figures "on or before 31st day of December, 1977", the words and figures "on or before 30th day of June 1978" shall bo substituted.
