ORDER
New Delhi, the \7th December 1977
SO. 844(E)/18FB/IDRA/72.—whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1451), the Central Government by Ministry of Industry (Department of Indus- trial Development Order No. S O(E) dated the 15th December, 1977 authorised a body of persons (hereinafter referred to as the Board of Management) to take over the management of Bengal Chemical and Pharmaceutical Works Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as the Undertaking)
And whereas the Board of Management has taken over the management of the Undertaking on the 16th December, 1977,
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing fall in the volume of production of the Undertaking,
2978 T HE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PABT II—SEC 3(ii)(to which the Undertaking is a pjrty or which may be applicable to the Undeitaking) Immediately belore the date of publication of this Order m the Official Gazette (other than thoye relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions), and
(b) all rights, privileges, obligations and .liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended.
2 This Order shall remain in force upto 16th December, 1978
