ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th December 1977

S.O 846(E)/15/IDRA/77.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the (Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. SO 799(E)/15/IDRA/77 dated the 1st December, 1977, namely •—

In the said Order: —

(1) under the heading "Member", after serial No 2, the following serial number shall be inserted, namely —

"3. Shri R Bamanujam, Under Secretary, Ministry of Industry, New Delhi- -Member Secretary"

(ii) in the third paragraph for the words "an investigation into the possibility of restarting " the words "a full and complete investigation into the working of" shall be inserted.
