S O. 847(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 1977 (27 of 1977), the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of January, 1978, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act shall come into force
