ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 22nd December 1977
S.O. 851 (E).—-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely —
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirty-third Amendment Order, 1977.
2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the "Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the following items shall be deleted appearing under S No 49: —
"49 (1)—Benzene 49(5)—Toluene 49(9)—Phenol".
3. In Part 'A' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the following items shall be added after S. No. 27(15) —
"27(16)—Benzene 27(17)—Toluene 27(18)—Phenol".
