New Delhi, the 28th December 1977
S.O 859(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Com missions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) No SO 393(E), dated the 14th June 1977, (relating to Shri Bansi Lal), namely.—
In paragraph 4 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the .3lst day of December, 1977", the words, figures and letters "the 30th day of June 1978" shall he substituted
