GS.R. 780 ( E ) . In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation No. G.S.R. 622 ( E ) dated the 26th September , 1977 , published at pages 1885 to 1916 of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub-Section ( 1 ) dated the 26th September , 1977-
( a) at page 1895 ,
in lines 55 to 57 , for
" 16. Additional declarations to be made on group packages ( 1 ) The additional labelled separately and are capable of being sold separately , each such commodity shall bear thereon a declaration as to the quantity and the sale thereof . " read
" ( 2 ) When individual commodities in a combination package are packaged or labelled separately and are capable of being sold separately, each such commodity shall bear thereon, a declaration as to the quantity and the sale price thereof." ,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th December 1977
G.S.R. 181 ( E ) .-- In pursuance of the provision of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 1 of the Standards of Weights and Measures ( Packaged Commodities ) Rules , 1977 , and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation No. GS.RS.R 621 ( E ) dated the 26th September , 1977 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 1978, as the date on which the following provisions of the said rules shall come into force, namely: --
(1) rule 5;
( ii ) clauses ( e ) and ( g ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 6 ;
( iii) rule 7;
( iv) sub - rules ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) of rule 12;
( v) rules 13 , 14, 18 , 20 , 21 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 31 32. 33 ; and
(vi ) so much of the provisions of rule 34 as relate to any component , post or material used in any workshop service station or any other place where servicing or repairing of any bicycle or tricycle is undertaken

सा० का० कि० 781 ( थ ). फेन्द्रीम सरकार , बाट और माप मामक ( पंकज में रखी गईं बस्तु ) नियम, 1977 के नियम 1 के उप-नियम ( 4 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के नागरिक पूति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का० नि० 621 ( अ) , तारीख 26 सितम्बर , 1977 के प्रांशिक उपाम्तरण में , 1 अप्रैल, 1978 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त नियमों के निम्नलिखित 'उपवन्त्र प्रवृत हो जायेंगे , अर्था
(i ) नियम 5.
( ii) नियम के उपनियम ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) और ( ७) ,
( iii) नियम 7 ,
( iv) नियम 12 के उपनियम ( 3 ) , ( 4) , ( 5) मौर ( 6 ) ;
( v) निजम 13, 14, 18, 20, 21 , 28, 29, 30, 31 , 32, 33 ; और भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र
