G.S.R 782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Export Manifest (Aircraft) Regulations 1976, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby rescinds the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No 219 Customs (G.S.R. 1419) dated the 22nd October, 1977, published at page 3047 of the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 22nd October, 1977 and appoints the 1st April, 1978, as the date on which the said Regulations shall come into force

R*Mj U - a *. *G.SK. 783(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Export Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1976, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby rescinds the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No 220-Customs (G.S.R 1420) dated the 22nd October, 1977, published at page 3047 of the Gazette oJT India, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (I), dated the 22nd October, 1977, and appoints the 1st April, 1B78, as fie date on which the said Regulation* shall come into force.

G.SR. 784(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Shipping Bill and Bill of Export (Form) Regulations, 1976. the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby rescinds the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No UM-Customs (G.S.R, 1425) dated the 22nd October 1977, published at page 3048 of the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 22nd October, 1977, and appoints the 1st April, 1978, as the date on which the said Regulations shall come into force.
