G S.R 790(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 345/77-Central Excises, dated the 16th December, 1977, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the- said notification. Serial No 1 shall be renumbered as Serial No. 4. and be fore Serial No 1 as so renumbered, the following Serial No. shall be inserted, namely:—
