New Delhi, the 31st December 1977
S.O. 865(E)/18AA/IDRA/77:— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Indus- try and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No S.O. 482(E)/ 18AA/IDRA/75, dated the 8th September, l975, namely —
In the said Order, in the second paragraph, for the words "the Industrial Re- construction Corporation of India Limited" the words and letters "P Chakravarti" shall be substituted.
