का. आ. 1. केन्द्रीय सरकार, तस्कर और विदेशी मुद्रा छल- साधक (सम्पत्ति' समपहरण ) अधिनियम , 1976 (1976 का 13) , की धारा 27 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रर्याग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) के आदेश सं. का. आ. 41 (अ) [सं. 1205/पत्र. सं.414/2/76-आईटी ( अन्वंषण) ] तारीख 18 जनवरी, 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती हैं, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे की सारणी में क्रम सं. 1 के सामने स्तंभ (2 ) में, "श्री. पी. एस. सुश्मण्यन " शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "श्री. ए. जे. डीसूजा" शब्द और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 1. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 , read with sub - section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators ( Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 ( 13 of 1976) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O. 41 (E) [ No. 1205 /F . No. 414/2/76- IT( Inv) ] dated 15th January 1976 , namely :-
In the Table below the said notification, in column (2) , against Serial No. 1 for the words and letters " Shri P. S. Subramanyan" , the words and letters " Shri A. J. D'Souza ' shall be substituted .
