CUSTOMS
G.S.R, 12(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of ihe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1977 (11 of 1977), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby mutes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Depart- ment of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing) No. 123-Customs, dated the 1st July, 1977, namely .—
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No, 165 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :—
"166. No. 5—Customs, doted the 4th January, 1978."
