सा० का० भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग) नि० 13 (अ) नियम, 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार संबंधित राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में भौर धागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) संशोधन विनियम, 1978 है ।
(2 ) में विनियम सरकारी राजपक्ष में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 की अनुसूची में "भ्रसम तथा मेघालय " शीर्षक तथा उसके अन्तर्गत दी गई प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

सा० फा० ति० 14 ( ण ) भारतीय जस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवल शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार संबंधित राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम , 1968 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् G.S.R. 13 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules , 1966, the Contral Government , in consultation with the State Governments concerned , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Servico (Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966 namely;-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय वम सेवा ( बेसन ) संयोधन नियम , 1978है ।
1. (1 ) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Amendment Regulations , 1978.
( 2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपन्न में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India .
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1968 की अनुसूची III में,
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, for the heading "Assam and Meghalaya " and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted , namely:--

1. Senior posts under the State Governments .
( i)" क-राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा में समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पव" शीर्षक के अधीन सारणी में असम तथा मेघालय के संयुक्त संवर्ग के सामने कालम 2 तथा 3 में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्मलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्

G.S.R. 14(E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968 , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Governments concerned, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules , 1968 , namely:-
