1. पूर्णतः पोलीमाइड ( नाईलोन) सूत (फिला-
सा०का ०भि० 15 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम 1944 ( 1944 क। 1) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के राजस्व और श्रीमा विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 37/77 केंद्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क , तारीख 18 मार्च , 1977 को अधि- क्रांत करते हुए, इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट और उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद संख्या 22 की उपमव ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल्यानुसार शुल्क से प्रभार्य हाथ से बने प्रसंस्कृत कपड़ों के लिए , उक्त सारणी के, यथास्थिति, स्तम्भ ( 3 ) या स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में की तत्संबधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट टेरिफ मूल्य नियत करती है;
परन्तु इस अधिसूचना की कोई बात, --
मेंट) तंतु से बने कपड़े किन्तु निम्न- लिखित को सम्मिलित न करते हुए , अर्थात् ( 1 ) पूर्णतः या भागत. वेष्ठित तंतु या दोनों से बने कपड़े; ( 2 ) लहरियादार (प्लोटिड ) कपड़े; ( 3) उबरे ( मखमली) कपड़े; ( 4 ) लेसर; (5) साटिन, और ( 6 ) लेनो कपडे-
(क) बुने हुए कपड़े-
(क) ल्यूरिक्स ( घात्विक या प्लास्टिक) तंतु युक्त हाथ से बने प्रसंस्कृत कपड़े पर तब लागू नहीं होंगी जब ल्यूरिक्स (धात्विक या प्लास्टिक ) तंतु की मात्रा कपड़े के कुल भार के 15 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो;

Explanation 1 :-In this notification the expressions 'pro- cessed' , ' fents' , and ' rags ' shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Explanation to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 179/72 - Central Excises, dated the 24th July, 1972.
Explanation II : ---In determining the composition of fabrics , such yarn in the selvedges as is different from the composition of the yarn in the body of the fabrics shall not be taken into account , but in determining the weight of the fabrics , yarn contained in the selvedges whether such yarn is same as in the body of fabrics or not , shall be taken into account .
