NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th .January, 1978

S.O. 10(E),-^]ji exorcist of the powers conferred by the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, and in supersession of (he notification of th" Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) number S.O. 388(E), dated the 26th July, 1975, the Central Government heieby appoints Shri C. Sharma, Deputy Secretaty, Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines), to be the Controller of Aluminium for the purposes of the said Order.
