8.O. 12(£).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Sreedhara Menon, to assist the Commissioner of Payments.
