ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th January, 1978
S.O. 15(E)/18AA/IDRA/78.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 22(E)/18AA/ IDRA/73, dated the 15th January, 1973 (as amended by the Order of the Government of India, in (he late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 794
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Uttar Pradesh State Sugar Corporation Limited for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA read with the proviso to sub-section (2) of section ISA of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of 14th January, 1980.
