NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 1978
S.\J. 18(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of sec- tion 10 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 lf>5 of 1951), the Central Government hereby specifies the class of undertakings mentioned in the Schedule to this notification for the purposes of the said sub-section, and specifies a period of thiec monihs from the dale of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette as the period within which the owner of every industrial undertaking falling within any such class shall produce his certificate of registration for entering therein the productive capacity of the
