NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th lanuary, 1978

G.S.R- 28(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, ]<37J, (46 of 1973), mid in continuation of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. O.S.R. 862, dated the 17th July, 1972, and No. G.S.R. 253, dated the 2nd March. 1974, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P. H. Ramctmndani, Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, (Depait- ment of Legal Affairs), as n member of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board.
