ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th. January, 1978

G.S.R. 32(E).—in axeicise of the poweis conferred by the proviso to sub- section (1) of section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962^, the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Tarmlnadti, hereby increases the maximum limit oi the authorised capital of the Taniilnadu Warehousing Corporation to four crores of rupees*, divided into four lacs shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
