NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th January, 1978

S.R.O. No. 2(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947) and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of. Defence S. R. O. No. 32-E dated the 20th December, 1977, the Central Government hereby declares all medical services in 'the State of Maharashtra to be services. of vital importance to the community for a further period of one month with effect from the 20th day of January, 1978.
