का. आ. 23 (अ) . दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता (1974 का अधिनियम 1ⅱ ) की धारा 24 की उपधारा 6 के अधीन प्रदत्त शकियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इसके द्वारा, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 346 के साथ पठित जांच आयोग अधिनियम की धारा 5 (4 ) के अधीन, तारीख 28-5-1977 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 374(ई ) के अधीन गठित जांच आयोग द्वारा दिल्ली के मुख्य मंट्रोपोलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट श्री. पी. के. जैन के न्यायालय को भेजे जाने वाले मामले के अभियोजन के लिए भारतीय वृण्ड संहिता की धारा 178 और 179 के अधीन किए गए अपराधों के लिए श्रीमती इन्दिरा गांधी पर मुकदमा चलाने के लिए एडवोकेट श्री कार्ल खण्डालावाला को विशेष पब्लिक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
का. आ. 22 (अ).- दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता ( 1974 का अधिनियम ⅱ ) की धारा 24 की उपधारा 6 के अधीन पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इसके द्वारा , दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहित्ता की धारा 346 के साथ पठित जांच आयोग अधिनियम की धारा 5 ( 4 ) के अधीन, दारीख 28-5-1977 की अधिसूचना संख्या : का. आ. 374 (ई) के अधीन गठित जांच आयोग द्वारा दिल्ली के मुख्य मेट्रोपोलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट श्री . पी. के. जैन के न्यायालय को भेजे जाने वाले मामले के अभियोजन के लिए भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 178 और 179 के अधीन किए गए अपराधों के लिए श्री प्रणव कुमार भुकर्जी पर मुकदमा चलाने के लिए एडवोकेट श्री कार्ल खण्डालावाला को विशेष पब्लिक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

for S. O. 23(E) In exercise of the powers under Sub-section 6 of Section 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Act ii of 1974) the Central Government hereby appoints Sari Karl Khandalavala , Advocate , as special public prosecutor the purpose of prosecuting the case to be forwarded under Section 5(4) of the Commission of Inquity Act read with Section 346 of the Cr . PC to the Court of Shri P. K. Jain . Chief Metropolitan Magistrate , Delhi by the Commission of inquiry constituted under Notification No. S.O. 374(E ) dated 28-5-1977, for the trial of Smt. Indira Gandhi for offences under Sections 178 and 179 IPC .
