NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 1978
S. O. 27(E).—Whereas the Government of Karnataka have intimated some errors, arising from inadvertent slip or omis- sion, in the description of the extent of assembly constituen- cies given in Part B of Schedule X of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of the constituencies in the said Schedule of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976, to bring the Order up-to-date ;

(3) In 206-Chikkodi (SC), in the description of the extent of constituency, jot the words "Raibag town" the words "Raibag Town and Raibag Rural" shall be substituted; and
(1) In 200-Gokak (ST), in the description of the ex- tent of constituency, for the words and brackets "Konnur Town (T.P.)", the words "Konnur Town" shall be substituted;
(4) In 207-Raibag (SC), in the description of the ex- tent of constituency, for the words and brackets "Raibag Town (T.P.)", the words "Raibas Town and Raibag Rural" shall be suhitituted.
[No. 282/1 /KK/78] (2) In 201-Arabhavi, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words and brackets "Kon- nur Town (T.P.)" the words "Konnur Town" shall be substituted;
