ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st January, 1978
S.O. 29(E) 15/IDRA/78. -Whereas the industrial under- taking known as Messrs. Gayday Iron and Steel Company Limited, Kodarma, District Hazaribagh, Bihar, is engaged in the scheduled industry, namely, iron and Steel pipes ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion

Now, therefore, in exercise of the" powers conferred by sec- tion 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and cocnpletc investigation into the circumstances of the case, a bodjwif persons consisting of ;—

The above body shall submit its report within a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this Order in the Offi- cial Gazelle.
