Com./Sugar.—In exercise of th" powers conferred by sec- tion 3 of the Usential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). read with clause 6 of the Sugar (.Control) Older, 3966, the Central Government hereby rescinds the £"ugar (Restriction on Movement) Order, 1972, published with the noti- fication of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. GSR 32(E)-Ess. Com. Sugar, dated the 17th Jan- uary 1972, except as respects things done or omitted to be done under the said Order.
