का० आ० 35 ( अ) अनुसूचित जानियां और अनुसूचित जन- आनिया श्रादेश ( सशोधन) अधिनियम , 1976 की श्रारा ९ की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन श्राणा द्वारा , उक्त अधिनियम की धार। 6 की अधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) के यन्नीन, किया गया निम्त लिखित आदेश प्रकाशित किया जाना है
श्रध्देश
भारत निर्वाचन आयोग व अनुम्चन जावा और अनुचित जन- जातिया श्रादेश (सशोधन) अधिनियम , 1976 की धारा 6 की उप धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के अधीन , समदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन-क्षत परिसीमन आदेण, 1976 में सणाधन करन के लिए, नारीख 9 सितम्बर, 1977 के भारत के राजपत्र तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक और महाराष्ट्र राज्यो क राजपत्रो में अपनी प्रस्थापनाये प्रकाशित की थी ,
और, इम श्रायोग द्वारा , आन्ध्र प्रदेश , कर्नाटक और महाराष्ट्र राज्यो के बारे मे इन प्रम्थापनाओ के सम्बन्ध में प्राप्त सभी श्राक्षेपो तथा मुझाबो पर, आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के बारे मे, तारीख 26 दिसम्बर , 1977 को हैदरा- बाव मे तथा तारीख 18 जनवरी , 1975 को नई दिल्ली मे , कर्नाटक राज्य के बारे मे, तारीख दिगम्बर , 1977 को बगलौर में , तथा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के बारे मे 30 और 31 दिसम्बर , 1977 षो बम्बई मे और 17 जनवर्ग, 1978 का नई दिल्ली में हुई सार्वजनिक बैठको मे विचार किया गया था ,
यह आयोग , श्रन्ध्र प्रदेश , कर्नाटक और महाराष्ट्र राज्यो के बारे में, संसदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिमीमन आदेश, 1976 मे ==
(ऐने आदश मे यथादर्शित किसी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में कोई परि- वर्तन न करन हुए) निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है
[ उक्त श्रादेश की अनुसूची 1 मे-
मद 11 महाराष्ट्र के सामने, स्तम्भ 7 के नीचे, अक " 3 " के स्थान पर , श्रक " 4" रखा जाएगा ,
II उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची 2 मे-
(1) मद 1-आन्ध्र प्रदेश के सामने, स्तम्भ 7 के नीचे, श्रक " 11" के स्थान पर अक " 15" रखा जाएगा ,
(2 ) मत्र ९ कर्नाटक के मामने , स्तम्भ 6 के नीचे, श्रक " 29 " के स्थान पर , प्रक " 33 " रखा जाएगा , और
(3) मद 11 महाराष्ट्र के सामने
(1) स्तम्भ 6 के नीचे, अफ " 17 " के स्थान पर, अंक " 18" रखा जाएगा; और
(11) स्तम्भ 7 के नीचे अक " 17" के स्थान पर, अक " 22" रखा जाएगा ।
III उक्त श्रादेश की अनुसूची 3 में
( 1) भाग क ससदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे
(i) 2-पार्वथीपुरम ( अ० ज ० जा०) मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार मे, " 10-सालुर " के स्थान पर, " 10-सालुर (८० ज० जा०) " रखा जाएगा;
(ii) 5-भद्राचलम (अ ० ज० जा० ) मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के बिस्तार मे, " 73 -पोलावरम" के स्थान पर , " 73- पोलावरम ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) रखा जाएगा;

(iii ) 39 -वाग्गल मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में, " 273- मुलग" के स्थान पर , " 273 -मुलग ( अ ० ज० जा०) " रखा जाएगा;
(iv) 11 -नालगोडा में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार मे , "294- देवेरकोंडा" के ग्थान पर, " 294-देवेरकोडा ( श्र० ज० जा०) " रखा जाएगा;
IV. उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची 10 मे-
( 1) भाग क-मसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में
(i) 2-गुलबर्गा में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार मे " 11 -णाहा- बाद" के स्थान पर, " 11 -शाहाबाद ( श्र ० जा० )" रन्ना जाएगा;
( ii) 12-बंगलौर उत्तरी मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में , " 84-शान्थिनगर " के "84-शान्थिनगर ( श्र० जा०) " रखा जाएगा; स्थान पर,
(iii) 15 -चामराजनगर (अ ० जा० ) में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में, " 113 -टी ० नरसीपुर" के स्थान पर , " 113- नरमीपुर ( १० जा ०) " रखा जाएगा;
(iv) 22-कनारा में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में, " 168- मिरसी" के स्थान पर " 168- सिरसी ( अ० जा० ) " रखा जाएगा;
(2) भाग ख-सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र में-
(i) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 11 -शाहायाव" के स्थान पर , " 11-णाहाबाद (अ० जा० )" रखा जाएगा;
( ii ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 84-शान्थि- नगर" के स्थान पर, " 84- शान्थिनगर (४० जा० )' रखा जाएगा;
( iii) निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र की कम संख्या और नाम " 113-टी० नरसीपुर" के स्थान पर , " 113-टी० नरसीपुर ( भ्र ० जा० ) " रखा जाएगा;
(iv) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 168-मिरसी" के स्थान पर , " 168-मिरसी (अ० ज०) " रखा जाएगा;
V. उक्त भावेण की अनुसूची 13 में-
( 1 ) भाग क-संमदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में-
" 62- ( i) 9 -यम्बई उत्तर में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्न के विस्तार में " पालघर" के स्थान पर, " 62-पालघर ( श्र० ज० जा०) " रखा जाएगा;
( ii ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की श्रम संख्या और नाम "। -धुशिया" के स्थान पर , " 34- धूलिया ( अ ० अ० जा० ) " रखा जाएगा; और उनके निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में , " 79- बगलान" के स्थान पर, " 79-वगलान ( श्र० ज ० जा ० ) " रखा जाएगा;
(iii) 15 -नन्दुरबार ( ८० ज० जा० ) में. निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में, " 82- नन्दुरबार " के स्थान पर, "S2- नन्दुरबार ( अ ० ज ० जा० ) " रखा जाएगा ;
(iv) 26-चुन्द्रापुर मे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में, " 152- गाड -चिरोली" के स्थान पर, " 152 - गाड-चिरोली ( श्र ० ज० जा० )" रखा जाएगा;
(V) 28-यवतमान में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में , " 162- केलापुर" केस्थान पर , " 162-केलापुर ( अ० ज० তা० ) " रखा जाएगा;

(i) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की कग संख्या श्रौर नाम " 62-पालघर " के स्थान पर, " 62- पालघर (अ ० ज० जा० ) " रत्वा जाएगा;
(ii) निर्वाचनक्षेत्र की क्रम मंख्या और नाम " 79-बगलान" के स्थान पर, " 79-चगलान ( २० ज ० जा० ) " रखा जाएगा;
( iii) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 82 -नन्दुर- बार" के स्थान पर , " 82-नन्दुरबार ( अ ० ज० जा०)" रखा जाएगा;
( iv) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 152-गाडवि रोली" के स्थान पर, " 152- गाडचिरोली ( अ ० ज० जा०) " ग्खा जाएगा;
(v) निर्वाचन-क्षत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 162 -केलापुर" के स्थान पर, " 162-केलापुर (अ ० ज ० जा०) " रथा जाएगा;
( vi) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 207 - कल्लम " के स्थान पर , " 207-कल्लम (श्र ० प्रा० ) " रखा जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 21st January , 1978 NOTIFICAΤΙΟΝ
S.O. 35 (E) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1) of Section 8 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Orders ( Amend- ment) Act , 1976 , the following Order made by the Election Commission under clause ( d ) of sub- section (3 ) of Section 6 of the Act is hereby published :-
ORDER
Whereas under clause ( a) of sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 6 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Orders ( Amend- ment ) Act , 1976 , the proposals of the Election Commission to amend the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976 , were published in the Gazette of India and in the official Gazettes of the States of Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka and Maharashtra on 9th September , 1977 ;
And whereas all objections and suggestions received in rela- tion to the said proposals relating to the States of Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka and Maharashtra were considered by the Commission at public sittings held at Hyderabad on 26th December , 1977 and at New Delhi on 18th January , 1978 in respect of the State of Andhra Pradesh at Bangalore on 28th December , 1977 in respect of the State of Karnataka; and at Bombay on 30th and 31st December , 1977 and at New Delhi on 17th January , 1978 in respect of the State of Maharashtra ;
The Commission hereby makes the following amendments in the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Consti- tuencies Order , 1976 ( without altering the extent of any con- stituency as given in such Order ) in respect of the States of Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka and Maharashtra-
1. In Schedule 1 of the said Order-
Against item 11 - Maharashtra , under column 7 , the figure " 4" shall be substituted for the figure " 3" ;

II . In Schedule II of the said Order ,
(1) Against item 1 - Andhra Pradesh-under column 7 , the figure " 15 " shall be substituted for the figure "11";
(2) Against item 8- Karnataka-under column 6, the figure " 33 " shallbe substituted for the figure " 29 " ; and
(3 ) Against item 11-Maharashtra-
(i) Under column 6, the figure " 18 " shall be substi- tuted for the figure " 17 " ; and
(ii) Under column 7 , the figure " 22 " shall be substi- tuted for the figure " 17 " .
JU . In Schedule III of the said Order-
(1) In Part A Parliamentary Constituencies-
(i) In 2- Parvathipuram ( ST) , in the extent of the constituency , " 10- Salur ( ST ) " shall be substl- tuted for " 10 -Salur " ;
( ii) In 5 -Bhadrachalam ( ST) , in the extent of the Constituency , " 73 - Polavaram ( ST ) " shall be substituted for " 73 - Poľavaram" .
(iii) In 39 - Warangal , in the extent of the constituency , "273-Mulug (ST ) " shall be substituted for "273- Mulug" ; and
(iv) In 41 -Nalgonda , in the extent of the constituency , "294-Deverkonda ( ST ) " shall be substituted for "294 -Deverkonda" .
(2) In Part B-Assembly Constituencies-
(i) the serial No. and name of the constituency , "10- Salur ( ST ) " shall be substituted for " 10- Salur" ;
(ii) the serial No. and name of the constituency, "73 - Polavaram ( ST) " shall be substituted for "73- Polavaram " ;
( iii ) the serial No. and name of the constituency , "273-Mulug ( ST) " shall be substituted for " 273 - Mulug" ; and
( iv) the serial No. and name of the constituency, "294-Deverkonda ( ST) " shall be substituted for "294 -Deverkonda" .
IV. In Schedule X of the said Order-
( 1) In Part A- Parliamentary Constituencies--
( i) In 2-Gulbarga, in the extent of the constituency, " 11 - Shahabad ( SC ) " shall be substituted for "11-Shahabad" ;
(ii) In 12 - Bangalore North , in the extent of the constituency, " 84 - Shanthinagal ( SC ) " shall be substituted for " 84-Shanthinagar";
(iii) In 15- Chamarajanagar ( SC ) , in the extent of the constituency, " 113 - T . Narasipur ( SC) " shall be substituted for " 113 -T. Narasipur " ; and
(iv) In 22- Kanara , in the extent of the constituency , " 168 - Sirsi ( SC )" shall be substituted for " 168- Sirsi" .
(2) In Part B-Assembly Constituencies-
( i) the serial No. and name of the constituency , "11-Shahabad ( SC) " shall be substituted for "11 - Shahabad" ;
(ii) the serial No. and name of the constituency, "84-Shanthinagar ( SC ) " shall be substituted for "84-Shanthinagar " ;
( iii) the serial No , and name of the constituency, "113 -T. Narasipur ( SC ) " shall be substituted for " 113 - T . Narasipur " ; and
(iv) the serial No. and name of the constituency , "168- Sirsi (SC ) " shall be substituted for " 168- Sinsi" .
V. In Schedule XIII of the said Order-
(1) In Part A-Parliamentary Constituencies--
(i ) In 9 -Bombay North , in the extent of the consti- tuency, " 62- Palghar ( ST) " shall be substituted for " 62 - Palghar" ;
( ii) The scrial No. and name of the constituency "14-Dhuha (ST)" shall be substituted for "14-Dhulia" ; and in the extent of the consti- tuency, " 79 -Baglan (ST ) " shall be substituted for " 79 -Baglan " ;
(iii) In 15 -Nandurbar ( ST ) , in the extent of consti- tuency , " 82 - Nandurbar ( ST ) " shall be substitu- ted for " 82 - Nandurbar" ;
(iv) In 26-Chandrapur, in the extent of the consti- tuency , " 152 - Gadchiroli ( ST ) " shall be substi- tuted for " 152 - Gadchiroli " ;
(v) In 28-Yeotmal , in the extent of the constituency, "162- Kelapur ( ST) " shall be substituted for " 162- Keľapur " ;
(vi ) In 36- Osmanabad ( SC ) , in the extent of the constituency , " 207 - Kallam ( SC ) " shall be substi- tuted for " 207 -Kallam " .
(2) In Part B-Assembly Constituencies-
