उक्त अधिसूचना में", "तांषा अपशिष्ट और कतरनों " शब्दों के स्थान पर "तांबा अपशिष्ट और कतरनों तथा बिना पिष्टा तांत्रा" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 46( E ) . In exercise of the powers contened by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking , No. 97 - Customs , dated the 25th June , 1977 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the words " other than copper waste and scrар " , the words " other than copper waste and scrap and unwrought copper ( refined or not ) " , shallbe substituted.

सीमा-शुल्क
सा. का. नि. 47 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है, सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 (1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के शीर्प सं. 7401/02 के अधीन आने वाले बिना पिटे तांबे (परिष्कृत या अपरिष्कृत ) को, जब उसका भारत में आयात किया आए, उस पर उद्ग्रहणीय सीमा शुल्क के उतने भाग से छूट दंती हैं जो उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं और जो मूल्य के 70 प्रतिशत से आंधक है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 अप्रैल , 1978 तक, जिसके अंतर्गत यह तारीख भी है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 47 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts unwrought copper ( refined or not , falling under Heading No. 74.01 /02 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of 70 per cent , ad valorem .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of April , 1978 .

सीमा-शुल्क
सा. का. नि. 48 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम , 1977 (1977 का 11 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (4 ) के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं. 123-सीमा-शुल्क, तारीख 1 जुलाई, 1977 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है , अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 169 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रषिष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और मविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित्त की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" 179. सं. 21-सीमा-शुल्क , तारीख 28-1-1978 . "

G.S.R. 48 ( E ) .In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub -section ( 4) of section 3 of the Finance Act , 1977 ( 11 of 1977 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking ( Revenue Wing ) No. 123- Customs, dated the 1st July , 1977 , namely :-
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification , after Serial No. 169 and the entries relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted , namely :
" 170. No. 21- Customs , dated the 28th January 1978. " .

केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क
सा. का. लि. 49 ( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उप मियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाक्शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद सं. 20क की उपमद ( 1 ) और ( 1 क ) के अधीन आने वाले तांबा और तांबे की मिश्रधातुओं की विनिर्मितिथों को उन पर उग्रहणीय उत्पाक्- शुल्क के उत्तने भाग से छूट देती है , जो प्रति मीटरी टन तीन हजार रुपए से अधिक हो ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 अप्रैल , 1978 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी है, प्रवृत्त रहेंगी ।

G.S.R. 49(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1) of mule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby exempts copper and copper alloys , falling under sub - items ( 1 ) and ( 1a) of Item No. 26A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon as is in excess of three thousand rupees per metric tonne .
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day ofApril , 1978 .

केन्द्रीय उत्पाक्-शुल्क
सा. का. नि. 50 (अ. ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम ४ के उप -नियम ( 1 ) स्वारा प्रदस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कंन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद सं. 26 क की उपमद (2 ) के अधीन आने वाले तांबा और तांबे की मिश्रधातुओं को उन पर उद्द्मक्षणीय उत्पादशुल्क के उत्तने भाग से छूट देती है , जो प्रति मीटरी टन त्तीन हजार सात सौ रुपए से अधिक हो ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 अप्रैल , 1978 तक जिससे यह तारीख भी है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

No. 26A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon as is in excess of three thousand and seven hundred rupees per metric tonne.
2. This notification shal be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of April, 1978.

केन्द्रीय उत्पाष-शुल्क
सा. का. नि. 51 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) स्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 31/65 केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क, तारीख 28 फरवरी, 1965 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, खण्ड (ख ) में, " छह हजार रुपये प्रति मीटरी टन" शब्दों के स्थान पर तीन हजार चार सौ रुपये प्रति मीटरी टन " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 51 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the fol owing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) , No. 31 / 65 - Central Excises , dated the 28th February , 1965 , namely :
In the said notification , in clause ( b) , for the words " six thousand rupees per metric tonne" , the words " three thousand and fous hundred rupees per metric tonne" shall be substituted .
