GSR J3(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (I) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of saction 3 of the Addi- tional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 19S7 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby directs that the notifications of tho Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, or as th" case may be. Department of Revenue and Banking, specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be further amended in tho manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table,
