Centrtil Excises

G.S.R. 56(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 173-A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 11/78-CE, dated the 25th January, 1978, namely :—

In the said notification, in the Table, in column 2, against serial number 13,

for the entry "15AA", the entry "16AA" shall be substituted.
