S.O. 49(E).-~In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Cabinet Secretariat (Department of Pcisonnel and Administrative Reforms) No. 381/3/76-AVD. JII LS.O. 74(E)J, tfaled the 3rd February, 1976 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry consisting ot Shri R. S. Sarkaria), as subsequently amended, namely ;—
In paragraph 4 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "on or before the 31st day of January, 197K", (he words, figures and letters "on or before the 28th clay of February, 1978" shall be substituted.
